No installation. You send a secure message from your browser; the recipient can read and reply to it without having to create an account.
Step 1
Write your message.
Compose your message as you normally would, with or without attachments. The text is encrypted on your device before it is sent.

Choose how it is delivered.
You decide per message how the recipient verifies their identity. Sendis shows you in advance which security level that carries.
Step 3
The recipient opens it via the portal.
The recipient opens the message in a secure environment, without creating an account.
Step 4
Receive the reply.
Replying works in the same environment. The reply arrives encrypted in your inbox.

Security you can trust.
The classic data breach in healthcare is not a hack but a message sent to the wrong recipient. Sendis is built to deliver confidential data only to the intended recipient, and explains exactly how.
Encryption built for the long term.
The text of your message is encrypted on your device before it is sent; attachments are virus-scanned on our EU servers, then encrypted. Messages between Sendis users get hybrid post-quantum encryption, meant for data that must stay confidential for decades, such as medical records. For registered recipients and access-code messages, Sendis can decrypt the message text only through your organisation's recovery key or, for a registered recipient, that of the recipient's organisation. We manage those recovery keys. If the recipient verifies by email or SMS, Sendis can technically decrypt the message text. Attachments are virus-scanned on our EU servers, then stored encrypted. Non-binding, prices subject to change. The full terms, including contract term, notice period and price changes, are set out in our terms and conditions. The subscription price includes Dutch VAT; the rate for extra SMS codes excludes VAT. For business customers in other EU member states, VAT treatment may differ.

Test-phase arrangements.
During the test phase, additional arrangements on liability and availability apply. We set them out with each test participant in a separate agreement. The framework is in Article 10 of our terms and conditions.
Sendis opens after the technical test. We will notify you as soon as it does.
