Neolyth does not practise a regulated profession and needs no licence for this service.
Neolyth is also the party you contract with when you use Sendis. "Sendis" is a name, not a separate legal entity.
About the content of this website
- No medical advice. Sendis is a service for sending secure messages. Nothing on this website is medical, legal or other professional advice. Neolyth makes no diagnoses and gives no treatment advice.
- Messages come from the sender. The content of a message sent through Sendis comes from the organisation or person who sent it. Neolyth does not determine that content and is not responsible for it.
- Careful, but no guarantee. We compile the content of this website with care. Even so, something may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date. We give no guarantee that the information on this website is correct and complete, or that the website is always available. To the extent permitted by law, Neolyth is not liable for damage resulting from the use of information on this website. Have you found a vulnerability in Sendis? Please let us know at hello@neolyth.io. We ask you to:
- report the issue only to us and not make it public before we have been able to fix it;
- do no more than necessary to demonstrate the issue;
- not view, copy, change or delete other people's data. If you do come across data, stop and tell us;
- not disrupt the service, for example with denial-of-service attacks;
- not use social engineering, phishing or physical access.
We acknowledge your report within 5 working days and keep you informed. We do not run a bug bounty programme.
